The “Compassion Key®️” is a simple yet powerful system of emotional healing developed by the spiritual teacher, Edward Mannix, following his many years of study of both Western psychology & Eastern spirituality. I trained as a Level 1 practitioner of this modality between October 2022 – October 2023.
We all carry with us through life emotions, impressions and beliefs that have arisen as a result of our past experiences. [In yoga, these are known as vasanas and samskaras]. These impressions may exert an influence at an unconscious level and keep us restricted or stuck in old patterns. Examples of negative emotions / impressions could be: feeling abandoned, neglected, unloved, unworthy, unlovable, broken, mistreated.
These emotional issues affect not only how we feel but how we act and the choices we make. All aspects of our life [eg: relationships, finances, career, confidence, physical health, addictions] can be affected without our knowledge.
The key to healing these unconscious blocks is to meet the emotions and beliefs with compassion; this allows them to be released, which brings relief and helps us to feel better. We are then able to meet the world differently, make new choices and this in turn has an effect in all areas of our lives.
People who work with the Compassion Key often report miraculous changes in their financial life, health and relationships, as well as a greater sense of purpose, feelings of lightness, relief and a coming home to their true self.
