I have been teaching yoga classes since 2013. My classes last for one hour and whilst they are different every week, they always include breath practices, yoga postures and flowing movement – sometimes gentle, sometimes more dynamic; mindfulness / awareness practice and a period of relaxation to end the session.
Classes are open to all levels of experience from complete beginners to seasoned yoga practitioners; I give different options for postures / movement and students are encouraged to actively listen to their bodies and practice the option that feels right for them.
I have a tiny yoga studio, nicknamed “The Yoga Shed” in my garden, in which I can comfortably teach four students. In 2020 I started teaching yoga classes online when it was not possible to teach face-to-face due to the pandemic. I found this made my classes more accessible to people who lived too far away to come to my Yoga Shed, so I have continued to offer classes online. I have had students attend my sessions from Worthing, Reading, Pembrokeshire, Devon and even Bulgaria!
Currently, I teach the following classes:
Mondays: 18.00 – 19.00 [UK time] online
Saturdays: 10.30 – 11.45 [UK time] in person at The Yoga Shed
Cost:
£10 for a single online class
£15 for a single in person class
£35 for a bundle of 5 classes
